Improved insulation and LED lighting now used, with all electricity from renewable resources, combined with the use of a fuel efficient boiler.

Tree planting has taken place and carbon offsets have been purchased to account for on site carbon emissions that cannot be completely eliminated.

It is estimated that 35 tonnes of CO2 have been saved.
